Raymond Prospero, ChFC®, is a Partner Advisor with AdvicePeriod. Ray helps clients develop realistic financial goals, designing wealth management strategies to help preserve their wealth for future generations. He focuses primarily on key elements of the wealth management process and the fundamentals of estate and retirement planning strategies.
Ray launched his financial services career when he joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2010 after a legal career, where he was admitted to the U.S Tax Court. He holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of La Verne College of Law. Ray also holds multiple professional designations. He earned the Chartered Financial Consultant®(ChFC®) designation and the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisors (CPFA) credential offered through The National Association of Plan Advisors, an affiliate organization of the American Retirement Association.
Giving back to the community is important to Ray, he is on the board of visitors for California Baptist University in Riverside, CA, and he serves on the board of directors for LifeStream, a nonprofit, comprehensive blood center serving more than 80 medical facilities in Southern California. He is also a former board member of the Corona-Norco United Way and is involved in the Circle City Rotary club, as well as his local church. In his free time, Ray enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Amy, and their four children.
