Last week we were voted by the Los Angeles Business Journal as the #1 Best Place to Work in L.A. – a very humbling honor. In the midst of celebrating and congratulations, we took a moment to reflect on those things we are most thankful for.

  1. Clients: Without our amazing clients, our business would not be possible. We are incredibly humbled by the trust you place in us. We work hard for you every day. Thank you!
  1. Team: Our team does everything to the best of their abilities. They never compromise. They set high expectations and exceed them.
  1. Culture: We say what we are going to do and do what we say. We believe if you are true to yourself and honor others by treating them how you would like to be treated—you will be successful. Culture is the glue that ties it all together.
  1. Partners: We work with honorable partners. They are honest and transparent. They deliver on commitments to the best of their ability. They under promise and over deliver. We help each other grow our businesses.
  1. Fun: We are passionate! We are competitive. And, we encourage a sense of humor so we can enjoy what we do and who we do it with.

We are extremely fortunate. This recognition only makes us want to get better. Thank you for your support thus far and we are excited for our future together.
